Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Vitro Peptides in writing.
11. Risk of Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier for shipment.
A carrier tracking status of “Delivered” generally constitutes completion of delivery. 12. Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection is offered and selected at checkout, the protection applies only according to the terms displayed at checkout and these Terms.

If the carrier confirms successful delivery, Vitro Peptides’s delivery obligation is fulfilled.
If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, the order may become eligible for replacement, refund, or other resolution at Vitro Peptides’s sole discretion, subject to these Terms.
